Introduction

 Have you ever heard students in the school refer to something as “Gay” when they don’t like it or think it’s stupid?   Do you shrug it off? Do you agree? Do you laugh?  Do you speak up?

 Have you ever wondered what it would be like to be gay and hear people refer to things they dislike or think stupid as “gay”?

 Have you ever said “this is gay” when referring to something you dislike or think is stupid? Have you ever thought “I didn’t mean anything by it or It’s just an expression?”

 Is it ok to do something that hurts another as long as you don’t intend to hurt someone?

 This webquest will help you explore these issues.
